Overview

The LS-W50 50 W solar wall light is an outdoor solar wall light rated 50 W nominal LED, IP65, with a PIR motion sensor (LS-W50) or a remote control (LS-W50R), that screws onto a wall, a gate pillar or a stairwell with no cable, no trench and no bill. It is an engineered outdoor luminaire, not a decorative Moroccan lantern, designed for villas, syndic-managed residences, hotels and farms that want stand-alone lighting for façades, gates and common areas. The LS-W50 version switches to full power when the PIR sensor detects movement and then returns to standby, which stretches the reserve on sunless nights; the LS-W50R version is driven by remote control (levels, timer, all-night mode) for corridors and façades that must stay lit. In both cases the panel is integrated or set on a small bracket depending on the wall orientation: a north-facing wall receives little sun in December, and LALOGO advises the right mounting on request.

For a syndic, each wired 50 W point lit 4,200 h a year uses about 210 kWh, i.e. ≈ 190 to 335 MAD incl. VAT per year on the ONEE domestic tariff depending on the tranche reached (0.90 to 1.60 MAD/kWh incl. VAT), before cable, conduit and switchboard; the solar wall light removes that cost line and the grid outages. It is built at our ISO-certified manufacturing base in South China and supported by LALOGO from Casablanca.

Motion-sensor or remote-control solar wall light: which one to choose?

Choose the PIR-sensor LS-W50 for a gate, a pillar, a shed entrance or a plant room: the light goes to full power when a person or vehicle approaches, then drops back to standby, which protects the battery on overcast nights and deters intruders. Choose the remote-control LS-W50R for a stairwell, a walkway or a residence façade that the syndic wants lit all night at a constant level, with a timer set from the ground.

In a residence the two are combined: LS-W50R on walkways and stairs, LS-W50 on entrances, the bin store and car parks. The panel must see the sky: on a north-facing wall, prefer the separate panel on the parapet or a small south-facing bracket, because autonomy is sized for December (2.99 kWh/m²/day in Casablanca on a horizontal plane, PVGIS-SARAH2 2005-2020).

How much does a solar wall light cost in Morocco, and what does it replace?

The LS-W50 and LS-W50R are sold on quotation, with quantity discounts for syndics, developers and hotels: ask for the Morocco price on WhatsApp at +212 6 68 58 03 53 with the number of points and the wall orientations. The market offers retail solar wall lights for a few hundred MAD and branded ones at a markedly higher price; what separates them is the battery (Wh), the panel (Wp) and how long the IP rating holds, never the wattage printed on the box. LALOGO prints those values on the datasheet.

What the wall light replaces is a wired point and its installation: cable, conduit, switchboard, an electrician's visit, then the consumption. A 50 W point lit 4,200 h a year uses ≈ 210 kWh, i.e. ≈ 190 to 335 MAD incl. VAT per year on the ONEE domestic LV tariff depending on the tranche; for a residence's common areas the meter quickly exceeds 150 kWh a month and the whole bill moves to the upper tranche.
