Overview

The LS-L12 is the flagship of our solar lawn light series: decorative solar garden lighting, IP65, with a round head, designed for the landscaping of hotels, riads and resorts and for residence paths in Morocco. These are solar garden lights for Morocco, not Moroccan lanterns for interior decor: the LS-L12 is planted in flower beds and along walkways, with no cable and no trench. Height above ground, colour temperature (3000 K recommended), battery capacity and finish are set per order; lumen output and autonomy are stated on request for the chosen configuration, starting from a one-piece sample.

A lawn light does not replace an LS-G50 bollard or an LS-W50 wall light: its job is atmosphere and marking, not the security of a car park. It still lives under the same climate: integrated panel sized for December (2.85 kWh/m²/day in Rabat, 3.46 in Marrakech, 3.62 in Agadir — PVGIS-SARAH2 2005-2020, JRC), battery chosen with margin for inland summers, IP65 for sprinklers and rain. Autonomy depends on irradiation and on the dimming profile.

For a hotel or a resort, what matters is uniformity: same shape, same finish, same light tint across dozens of points. How do you light the paths of a hotel or a riad without trenching?

A hotel garden is built in three layers, all solar and cable-free: the LS-L12 for the atmosphere of beds and lawns, the LS-G50 bollard (50 W nominal LED, IP65, PIR sensor) for paths and pillars, the LS-W50 wall light (50 W, IP65) for gates, façades and stairwells. The car park takes a compact LS-A50C solar street light: 50 Wp panel, ≈ 5,000 lm, 4–5 m pole, 12–18 m spacing. All layers share 3000 K for a warm, consistent light. Size for December, not for summer: Marrakech receives 3.46 kWh/m²/day in December against 7.69 in June (PVGIS-SARAH2 2005-2020, JRC). And think of heat: the mean daily maximum there reaches 37–38 °C in July–August, the national record is 50.4 °C (Agadir, 11 August 2023) — hence a battery chosen with margin for every reference.

Compliance, customs and delivery

Garden luminaire of the NM EN 60598-2-4 family, subject to Cم marking (law 24-09, orders 2573-14 and 2574-14): declaration of conformity and IEC 60598-1 / IEC 60529 test reports on request. The customs classification of the LS-L12 is confirmed by our customs broker before shipment; the 27 % anti-dumping duty (HS 9405.42.00.10) targets Chinese-origin LED luminaires for urban lighting and we claim no exemption until the binding tariff ruling is issued. With no pole, the LS-L12 is not concerned by the 25 % safeguard duty on imported poles (HS 7308.90.10).
