Overview

The LS-L30 is a solar lawn light, IP65, with a round head and flared diffuser, for parks, public gardens, seafront promenades and resorts in Morocco: decorative solar garden lighting (not a Moroccan lantern for indoor decor) that marks lawns, beds and walkways with no cable and no trench. Height above ground, colour temperature, battery capacity, finish and impact rating (IK) are set per order; output and autonomy are stated on request for the chosen configuration. 1-piece sample, lots from 20 pieces.

In a space open to the public the question is not only light but endurance: sprinklers, mowing, footballs, foot traffic. We therefore fix per order the height (visible but out of the mower's reach), the fixing and, on request, an IK impact rating with test report. The integrated panel is sized for December (2.99 kWh/m²/day in Casablanca, 2.97 in Fez, 3.81 in Ouarzazate — PVGIS-SARAH2 2005-2020, JRC); autonomy depends on irradiation and on the dimming profile.

How do you choose a lawn light for a park or a public garden?

Five criteria, in order. Height: high enough to be seen and to clear the mower, low enough to remain a lawn light. Mechanical endurance: IP65 for sprinklers and dust, IK set per order for playgrounds and promenades. Light: 3000 K for a warm atmosphere, a more neutral tint if the park is also a thoroughfare — the same CCT across the whole lot. Energy: Morocco receives 2,900–3,500 sunshine hours a year (Rabat 2,916, Casablanca 3,030, Marrakech 3,252, Ouarzazate 3,467), but December is what sizes the panel and the battery. Maintenance: clean the panel after a chergui dust episode, check batteries after summer, rinse with fresh water on the coast. We list these points in the lot's datasheet.

Compliance, customs and delivery

The LS-L30 is a garden luminaire (NM EN 60598-2-4 family) subject to Cم marking under law 24-09 and orders 2573-14 (low voltage) and 2574-14 (EMC); the declaration of conformity and the IEC 60598-1, IEC 60529 (IP) and, where applicable, IEC 62262 (IK) reports are supplied on request. For a purchase by a commune we provide the datasheet in French and Arabic and a maintenance leaflet; referencing NM standards in specifications is mandatory (law 12-06 art. 35, decree 2-22-431 art. 5). Customs classification is confirmed by our customs broker; with no pole, no 25 % safeguard duty on imported poles (HS 7308.90.10) applies.
