LS-S60 60 W split solar street light kit
- 50–60 W nominal LED head
- LiFePO4 12.8 V · 30–50 Ah · 384–640 Wh
Wind turbine + PV panel on a double arm · 80–120 W class LED head · LiFePO4 12.8 V at the pole base · sized per site
The LS-K wind-solar hybrid street light is an off-grid stand-alone kit that pairs, on a double-arm pole, a small wind turbine and a photovoltaic panel to feed an 80 to 120 W class LED head and a LiFePO4 12.8 V battery at the pole base. It is meant for windy sites where the December sun is short and the wind steady: the Atlantic coast from Essaouira to Tarfaya, Atlas passes and plateaus, port areas. Turbine power, battery capacity and pole height are sized per site from wind and irradiation data; price for Morocco on request (quote via WhatsApp).
How is it sized? Solar covers the clear days (in Laâyoune, 3.97 kWh/m²/day flat in December and 5.71 on a 27° tilted plane; in Ouarzazate 3.81 and 6.37, PVGIS-SARAH2 2005-2020, JRC); the turbine tops up at night and on the overcast or foggy days of the coast. The turbine's nominal power and its output curve against wind speed are given on request with the sizing file; as across the range, the LED head's nominal power is not its average draw and the controller applies a dimming profile with PIR sensor.
The LS-K reuses the heads, brackets and batteries of the LS-S80 to LS-S120 kits; only the hybrid controller and the double arm change. The pole is Moroccan-made (25 % safeguard duty on imported poles, HS 7308.90.10) and its structural calculation includes the turbine; LALOGO supplies the drawing and delivers the components. IP66 marine-coated version recommended as standard on the Atlantic coast.

Configurable kit: turbine power, panel Wp, battery capacity and pole height are sized per site from wind data and December irradiation, then confirmed on the quotation with the IES file and the sizing file.
Parameters refer to standard versions at 25 °C and may be updated without notice — please confirm them in the technical offer.
The LS-K is sized for December like the solar kits, but with two sources. On the solar side, the PVGIS-SARAH2 2005-2020 table (JRC) gives, on a tilted plane, 5.71 kWh/m²/day in Laâyoune (27°), 5.87 in Agadir (31°), 6.37 in Ouarzazate (32°) and 4.32 in Tangier (32°); with a system efficiency of 0.72 (engineering assumption), each 100 Wp thus harvests ≈ 411 Wh per day in Laâyoune and ≈ 311 Wh in Tangier. On the wind side, output depends on the site's mean wind speed and its steadiness; we compute it from supplied or measured wind data, and we provide the turbine's output curve with the sizing file. No turbine power is advertised on this page until the test report is available.
The value of the hybrid is complementarity: on the Atlantic coast the wind often blows at night and in fog, precisely when the panel produces nothing; in the mountains it offsets snowy or foggy days. The LiFePO4 12.8 V battery at the pole base is sized per site for 3 days of reserve at the chosen profile; autonomy depends on irradiation (sized for December), on the wind regime and on the dimming profile.
The LS-K's LED head is designed to IEC 60598-1 and IEC 60598-2-3, IEC 62717 (LED modules) and IEC 60529 (IP); the LiFePO4 battery to IEC 62133-2; the panel follows the IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 series. NM 06.8.001 file in progress for the solar street light part; the draft standard allows a hybrid top-up. Cم marking (law 24-09, orders 2573-14 and 2574-14) with a declaration of conformity and an Arabic manual; the turbine's test references are provided on request.
The pole is Moroccan-made (25 % safeguard duty on imported poles, HS 7308.90.10); the customs classification of the luminaire is confirmed by our customs broker. For a coastal commune, port or AREP specification we supply the FR/EN datasheet, IES/LDT files for the NM EN 13201 study, the wind + solar sizing file, the double-arm pole drawing to NM EN 40-5 and NM ISO 1461, and the EN/NM correspondence table.
Send the quantity, the city and any pole or mounting details — we will reply with a technical and commercial offer including delivery to Morocco.
